GROOT HOF TER ZAND
This unique, beautiful and luxury group accommodation for 24 people is located in a small village in the municipality of Sluis. This holiday home is created in a former farm that is surrounded by fields of wheat, corn, potatoes and beets. The house is also located near the sea. The modern, luxurious decor makes the house very attractive and comfortable for young and old.This accommodation consists of a main building with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an annex with 4 bedrooms, a children's room and 2 bathrooms. Both the main building and the annex building contain a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Because of the combination of these two buidings, you still experience the necessary privacy despite the group size.
In the main building there is dining and seating for 24 people. The large open concept kitchen with a large island and bar area is the central point of the house. On the right side of the island is a large dining table where you can enjoy a nice dinner and catch up with each other. On the left side you have a cosy sitting area with a fire place and a pool table. If you want to watch a movie you can do so in the movie room which is equipped with a large sofa. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The annex has a sitting room with fire place, kitchen, children's room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Wherever you are on this property, nature is very close and the windows offer you beautiful panoramic views. At the group accommodation there is an oak building with an open fire place to allow you to enjoy the long summer nights. There is a large terrace with luxury garden furniture, BBQ-grill's and a big play area for the children with a trampoline. You should definitely experience a stay in this house.

From your holiday home you are only five kilometers from the seaside town of Cadzand-Bad with its new marina. The coastal town of Cadzand-Bad is one of the only Dutch seaside resorts that is allowed to use the title "Salutary town by the sea". The location by the sea is healthy for body and soul. The salutary designation is given a seaside resort if the salutary effect of seawater, the climate and the soil products has been investigated and declared salutary. In addition to therapy and wellness activities, Cadzand also offers sporting, cultural and culinary activities.

Specifics:
- For reason of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of young adults. Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
